At Brambas Barefoot, we want you to feel the ground beneath your feet with complete confidence. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
